Worth knowing
What to do before we get there
Move what you can out of the way and put a bucket down. If you have a ceiling that's bulging or holding water, the safest thing is often to poke a small hole at the lowest point of the bulge to let it drain in a controlled way — a bulging ceiling can come down all at once and that's far worse than one hole. If there's water anywhere near a light fixture or an outlet, cut power to that circuit.
Don't go up on a wet roof. It's the single most common way homeowners get badly hurt in a storm, and there's nothing you can do from up there in the rain that we can't do safely. Photograph everything you can from inside for your own records, including the date on the photos.

Do you charge extra for emergency calls?
Emergency response and tarping carry a service charge that reflects the immediate dispatch. We'll tell you the number before we roll, and if you go ahead with the permanent repair we credit it toward that work.
Is an emergency tarp a permanent fix?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a second visit. A tarp buys you days to weeks safely. Torch-down and shingle repairs need a dry, clean surface to bond, so we come back for the real repair on the first suitable day.
Do you answer at night, on weekends and on holidays?
Yes. We're reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the year. A roof leak at 2am is still a roof leak, and it does more damage than one at 2pm because nobody's awake to put a bucket under it.
